1) 4 lakhs (Four lakhs) will be given to purchase atleast 20 cents of dry land or atleast 1 acre of wet land. Certificate of Agriculture Officer the prove the land is suitable for cultivation along with general documents need to be submitted.
2) The land purchased should be mortgaged to the Corporation till the loan is fully repaid.
3) The repayment is in 100 equal instalments. First repayment falls due after the completion of ten months to the receipt of loan amount.
4) Certificate from the Agricultural Officer to prove the land is suitable for cultivation is to be produced along with general documents.
