Terms And Conditions
1) 80% of the valuation of land pledged / 10 times of intake salary as per salary certificate produced is granted as loan.
2) The loan is granted only for income generating schemes.
3) A detailed project report of the proposed project should be submitted along with the application and general documents.
4) 90% of the project amount will be paid by the Corporation and the remaining 10% is the beneficiary contribution.
5) For supplies of machinery, Equipments, Furniture & Fixture etc, payment shall be paid to the supplier and 10% of the project cost shall be paid to the applicant as working capital.
