Terms And Conditions
1) Applicant should possess minimum of 3 cents of land and a structure completed House.
2) The applicants should be the beneficiaries of Housing Grant from the Local bodies other than that of ‘LIFE’ scheme. Certificate for the same from the Secretary of Local Authority is to be attached with the application.
3) The House Construction should be completed up to the structure level and the finishing works should be pending at the time of application.
4) An estimate from a licenced Engineer should be submitted.
5) The loan is disbursed in 2 equal instalments. 50% of the loan amount is paid in advance and balance 50% of the loan will be paid after the completion of the works as per estimate.
