Terms And Conditions
1) Applicant should possess atleast 3 cents of land and a residential house which is already numbered in the panchayath records.
2) Ownership Certificate from the concerned panchayath Secretary should be submitted along with the general documents.
3) Estimate of the proposed work by any licenceed Engineer is to be produced.
4) The amount shall be disbursed in 2 equal instalments. 50% of the loan is paid in advance and the balance 50% will be granted after the completion of the renovation works as per estimate.
